All Tora Leathers hand crafted goods carry lifetime warranty on craftsman ships.
Any other occurring damages caused by unreasonable use or normal wear and tear will not be covered.

Items must be returned within 31 days or less.. items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Item must be returned in its original packaging.

You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not pay for shipping on returns or exchanges. You will be responsible to cover the cost of return/exchange shipping rates from your area.

Please note: if an item has been damaged, we will not accept it as a return.

Returns should be adequately packed. We cannot be held responsible for any damage the item may occur due to insufficient packaging, and we are also not liable for any damage to the item from tears, abrasions, sizes or general misuse when in your possession. In these cases, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Items that are lost in the post because you provided us with the wrong address are non-refundable and all fees to return the shipment to us and send it back out are at your own expense
